A good project must always guarantee a Significant Money Saving!
In LDI we base our activity on 10 fundamental aspects to achieve a Concrete and Real Money Saving for the Customer:

Requirements Analysis

We fully understand the customer’s needs and expectations in order to avoid over or undersizing lighting system. An accurate analysis avoids the purchase and installation of excess or unnecessary lighting.

Energy-saving technologies

We opt for the best LED technologies in combination with other energy-saving solutions. Although the initial investment may be higher, the best LEDs have a longer lifetime and lower energy consumption than more common ones, always leading to long-term savings.

Movement sensors and dimming controllers

Wherever is possible, we integrate motion sensors and dimmers to adapt the amount of light provided to actual needs. This significantly reduces energy consumption, especially in spaces where brightness varies during the day.

Preventive maintenance programs

We implement each project with regular maintenance programs to ensure that the lighting system always operates efficiently over time. Preventive maintenance prevents costly failures and extends the life of the sources.

We choose competitive suppliers

Based on our many years of experience and not being tied to any manufacturer, we design using equipment from suppliers that offer the best products at competitive prices. We also assist the customer in negotiating with suppliers to obtain discounts or payment terms that are always convenient.

Use of Standard Materials and Components

Wherever is possible, we restrict the use of customized materials or particularly expensive components. From experience, we know that the use of standard materials significantly reduces production and maintenance costs.

Life Cycle Analysis

We always consider the life cycle of lighting systems in our projects. Although a product may have a higher initial price, it will be more economical in the long term due to greater efficiency and durability.

Tax incentives and benefits

Based on the country where our project will be realized, we explore the possibilities of tax incentives and benefits related to energy efficiency. Some governments offer tax benefits for the installation of energy-efficient systems, offering additional cost savings for the client.

Staff training

We always ensure that the staff in charge of installation and maintenance are well informed and trained. A correct installation reduces the risk of future problems and additional costs.

Searching for sustainable alternatives

In each project, where applicable, we search for the best sustainable lighting solutions that employ the use of solar energy or other renewable sources, thus contributing significantly to economic savings for the client.
